Q. IS IT BEST TO REPAIR OR REPLACE A BROKEN HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE?

A. A broken appliance in your home will lead to two choices. You can either schedule professional appliance repair in an attempt to save money and continue using your current oven, refrigerator, dishwasher or washer or dryer or replace the appliance with a brand new unit.

All appliances have an expected lifetime. If your broken home appliance is within the beginning or middle stages of that lifetime, we recommend calling our appliance repair company. If the appliance is almost near the final part of its expected lifetime, we would then recommend to replace it with a new unit if you have a budget for it.

Q. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE?

A. Of course. Our service includes a warranty on all parts and labor. Q. DO YOU REPAIR MY APPLIANCE ON YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT?

A. We will. We fill all of our vans with 90% of the common manufacturer appliance parts and the important tools to perform our appliance repair service. If we do need to return at a later date to complete a repair, there will not be an additional service fee. We estimate we can complete over 90% of appliance repair appointments during the initial visit.

Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR CAY?

A. Yes. We provide a 2-3 hour timeframe for our technician to arrive at your house. We are aware of how important your time is and we do our best to arrive in the early part of the service window. That said, if an earlier repair or appointment takes a lot longer than anticipated, this allows the repairman a little time to be able to arrive on schedule within the service window. We always call 10-20 minutes prior to their arrival.
